How do we protect your data?
We use industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your data. All the data collected by us is stored on a secure server. We use Dropbox for file storage, Xero for our financial recording and Mailchimp for any email newsletter campaigns. However, please keep in mind that the internet and the World Wide Web are not secure mediums.
How long do we keep your data?
We will keep financial data for as long as legally required by HMRC regulations. In some circumstances your data will be deleted in much shorter timesframes, for example:
- Order forms/sizing spreadsheets will be kept for a period of 6 months
- Cookies are refreshed in accordance to our cookie policy
Who else has access to the information?
We will only pass on your information to third parties in the following situations:
If we employ another organisation to perform tasks on our behalf – such as delivering goods to you. In this case, the organisations may only use your information to fulfil this specific task. We use UK Mail as our preferred courier.
If we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary for legal proceedings. We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that applicable law or regulation requires it or to protect the safety or security of users of our site; and

You can ask us to remove your personal information from any or all of our mailing lists at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link which we provide you on all email marketing campaigns we distribute, or by sending an email to lisa@staffstyle.co.uk
We will remove your name from the related mailing list within 2 working days of your request.

You should be aware that when you are on our site you could be directed to other sites where the personal information collected is outside of our control. The privacy policy of the new site will govern the information obtained from you on that site.
